Each bite is a reflection of tradition and care in its production, making them a true jewel of gastronomy. If you want to enjoy these superb products, in our online store you can find high-quality Cinco Jotas products at the best price for your perfect enjoyment

• Benito: Ibéricos Benito stands out for its careful selection of hams, shoulders, cheeses and cured meats, made with care to offer a unique gastronomic experience capable of satisfying the most demanding palates. With facilities in Arahal (Seville), Castaño del Robledo (Huelva) and Guijuelo (Salamanca), this brand has a solid track record in the artisanal production of hams, meeting the European Union’s highest quality standards. The result is a product with a smooth texture and unrivalled flavour, perfect for any occasion.

Sliced and vacuum-packed Iberian products have an approximate shelf life of 3 to 4 months, provided they are kept in a cool, dry place, although it is true that the best-before date depends on each manufacturer.

Once opened, it is recommended to consume them within a maximum of 3 days to enjoy all their flavour.

If you buy a product in this category, we recommend that you:

• If you buy a whole piece, make sure you have a good ham knife and practise carving to obtain the best slices.
• For sliced products, leave them at room temperature for a few minutes before eating them to enjoy their optimum flavour and texture. Open the pack of jamón or paleta. Ideally, do this about 15 minutes before eating, to remove any flavour that the plastic may have left. And when the jamón takes on its characteristic shine, you can start plating it, always allowing each slice to breathe.
• Accompany the ibéricos with good bread, olive oil and a wine or cava for a complete gastronomic experience.
